The internet. Humanity can't live without it anymore.
But what most people don't know; is that hackers are always busy getting information from others by hacking PC's. We, as game-designers, want to let everyone know that it's important to defend yourself against virusses and hackers. In this game, you'll have to defend against that.
Hacksagon is a game about hacking, virusses and firewalls. The player is playing inside his/her mobile phone/tablet.
How the game works:
The player needs to get to the other side of the level. He or she will find a firewall there and a hacking system. The hacking system needs to be cracked in order to open te firewall. You'll need numbers for this. These numbers can be found in the level. Remember these digits and fill them in at the hacking system to complete the level.
But that's not all. A hacker is trying to get in your PC and will sent virusses. On the background, you'll see hexagons moving towards the left. To save your PC from virusses, tap the virus to sent it back to the hacker. If the player fails to tap the virus, and the virus reached the left side, the PC health will go down. As soon it hits zero, the player will fade in digits and deleted.
In every area, the player encounter more and new virusses. Each in it's own colour and movement.
Defending your PC against hackers will be hard. So let us remind you once more: "Install an antivirus program!"
